<p>2007年亚洲健身先生锦标赛第五名</p>
<p>近期目标：分析和总结世界健身比赛发展趋势，从理论和实战经验上为国内的健身运动员提供更多的参加国际大赛的资料，为中国健身运动走向世界尽一份微薄之力。</p>
<p>我曾连续三年参加世界健身先生锦标赛，并获得亚洲在世界健身先生比赛中的第七名的最好成绩。在今年国家集训队北京集训时，我担任了健身小姐项目的教练。</p>
<p>IFBB执行委员会和理事会于2005年11月27日在中国上海首次将健身先生项目列入正式比赛项目，这就必然要求国内比赛在评判标准上向世界大赛靠拢。</p>
<p>从历届大赛的评判标准来看，健身项目的健身表演环节，重点是展示运动员运动能力，在具备一定的运动能力的基础上，加上特色的主题、服装及音乐等，才是健身表演所要表现的重点。</p>
<p>根据这几次参加世界比赛的经验，我从以下几个方面进行了分析：</p>
<p>动作编排</p>
<p>在世界健身比赛中，健身表演环节虽没有规定表演动作的内容及具体要求，但从比赛中运动员的实际表演情况分析，健身表演注重展示运动员的综合运动能力。</p>
<p><b>动作要素：</b>应该包括力量性动作、柔韧性动作和技巧性动作。</p>
<p><b>动作强度：</b>通过速度和节奏表现自身的心肺机能、体力和耐力。例如，如果两个动作包括了相同类型和相同次数的力量和柔韧性动作，且都顺利完成，那么以快节奏完成动作的难度更大。</p>
<p><b>动作表现力：</b>裁判不只考虑个人动作的总和，而是考虑&ldquo;总体效果&rdquo;。其中一个重要的因素是&mdash;&mdash;&ldquo;表现力&rdquo;，它是运动员自身独有的个性、个人魅力、舞台表现魅力与健身运动相结合而产生的特点。</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>服装选择</p>
<p>IFBB对健身运动员在形体展示时的服装有明确规定，但在健身表演的服装方面，除了不可佩戴饰物（结婚戒指除外）和不得使用道具外，其他可由运动员自行选择，最低要求为上身背心、下身短裤。</p>
<p>虽然IFBB在健身表演评判标准时明确指出&ldquo;在整个健身展示过程中，裁判员只评判运动员的表演套路，而不是运动员体格&rdquo;，但在历次比赛中，大多数运动员都选择了尽量少的服装，以求在运动中展示他们的形体和肌肉状态。从比赛效果和裁判评分结果上看，裁判员的评判更倾向于能够体现健美形体的服装，它可以使裁判员观察到运动员在表演中完成动作时的形体和肌肉状态。</p>
<p><b>音乐：</b></p>
<p>从各国远动员健身表演的情况看，获得高分的运动员的表演在音乐的选择上，即有强劲动感的节奏，又有优美舒缓的旋律，尤其在完成难度动作之前，往往通过一段舒缓的音乐过度，让运动员能够在进行难度动作之前有相应充分的准备和过度连接，保证难度动作的完成质量，使健身表演更具有观赏性。</p><br />]]></description>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 有这样一条道路：终点庄严而辉煌，路途却崎岖而漫长，选择它的人努力奋斗，以坚定的信念不辍前行。在默默耕耘之后，各种荣誉的鲜花也自然而然地开放了：2002、2003、2004年连续蝉联三届中国健身先生冠军、2006年&ldquo;时尚健康&rdquo;北京地区最佳人气教练、2007年世界健身先生锦标赛第七名、2008年被中国健美协会授予&ldquo;健美国际级运动健将称号&rdquo;&hellip;&hellip;瑰丽的光环将他层层托起，展现在人们面前的是一个踏实努力的新疆男人。他，就是走向世界的健身先生&mdash;&mdash;魏斌。</p>
<p><b>学海无涯，上下求索</b><b></b></p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 魏斌出生在新疆一个普通的家庭，中专毕业后到一所小学当体育老师，他心中对知识的渴望促使他在工作之余开始自学高中知识，并积极准备参加大学统一考试。宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来。经过两年的努力拼搏，魏斌于1996年考上了新疆师范大学体育学院体育教育专业健美操专修<b>，</b>并在大学毕业后在新疆大学当了一位体育老师。但安逸的生活并不能阻止魏斌停下求索的脚步。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2004年的秋天，魏斌怀着对未来的憧憬走进了北京体育大学研究生院学习体育人文社会学体育管理专业，开始了三年的研究生生活。进入北京体育大学读书，是魏斌人生征程中一个十分重要的里程碑。他在这里学习知识，刻苦训练，并获得了走向世界舞台的机会。</p>
<p><b>走向世界，征服世界</b></p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2006年对魏斌而言是意义非凡的，作为中国第一批参加世界健身先生锦标赛的运动员，他遭遇到了沉重的打击。这次的经历让他清楚地认识到了我国运动员与世界高水平运动员之间的差距。赛后魏斌认真反思并撰写了相关的学术文章，从赛事规则制定、身体素质差异等方面为今后参加世界健身先生比赛的运动员提出了建设性的意见。</p>
<p align="left">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 在接下来的一年中，凭着顽强的斗志和不服输的精神，魏斌以超人的自制力控制饮食，并坚持训练。辛勤的汗水换来的是丰硕的果实，2007年的世界健身先生锦标赛，他获得了第七名的优异成绩，这也是目前亚洲男子健身运动员取得的最好纪录。2008年魏斌以教练员和运动员的双重身份再次参加世界健身先生的比赛，并取得了第十名的好成绩。</p>
<p align="left">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 魏斌说他自己要做&ldquo;一座桥梁&rdquo;，把自己在世界健身运动中的实践经验传送给国内的健身运动员，为中国健身事业走向世界铺路。</p>
<p align="left"><b>未知的未来，自当志在千里</b></p>
<p align="left">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 魏斌似乎是个停不下来的人，他红红火火的经营自己的健身工作室，希望给更多的人带去健康和快乐；他创建的博客入选搜狐体育明星博客，在博客中他纪录了中国健身走过的路途，也耐心回答网友的提问&hellip;&hellip;</p>

			<description><![CDATA[<p><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <font size="4">2008年9月15日-11月10日，中国国家健美健身队第三阶段集训在北京体育大学国家现代五项馆进行，此次集训由中国健美协会组织，抽调了来自全国各地的8名教练员和33名运动员组成。在集训期间，中国健美协会给予了大力支持，并为参加集训的教练员和运动员提供了舒适的住所，科学合理的饮食及条件优越的训练场馆。</font></p>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <font size="4"><strong>2008年全国健身先生、健身小姐锦标赛在河南省郑州市举行，来自全国的三十几个代表队的130多名运动员参加了此次比赛，比赛设立了健身先生、健身小姐、形体小姐、男子体育健身模特、女子体育健身模特等项目。</strong></font></p>
<p><font size="4"><strong>&nbsp; &ldquo;全民健身与奥运同行&rdquo;，&ldquo;抗震救灾、众志成城&rdquo;。比赛由国家体育总局社会体育指导中心，中国健美协会主办，河南省社会体育指导中心、郑州市体育局承办。河南夺金体育有限公司协办。这次的比赛在一个特殊的时期举办，北京奥运会即将来临，全国各地正在进行着火炬接力的传递活动。而我国又遇上了罕见的四川大地震，各地群众纷纷献出自己的爱心，用捐款、献血、志愿者等方式来表达对灾区人民的关心。而这次全国健身比赛与以往不同，来自全国各地的健身代表队的领队、教练、运动员们，则用一种特殊的方式来表达对灾区人民的美好祝愿。纷纷前来参加全国健身锦标赛。用一场安全、顺利、圆满的健身比赛来表达了对灾区人民的一份爱心。</strong></font></p>]]></description>
